White Vase
Vase made using the coiling technique. It is asymmetrical in shape and is glazed on the inside only. It’s exterior is a Terra-Sigillata slip which was traditionally used by the Romans as red attic ware. The slip is hand burnished to a soft sheen, and to safeguard its aesthetics, a delicate wax coating has been applied to fend off fingerprints on the exterior. Please note, this piece is best suited for dry ornamental use.
